Malmaskolan F-9, together with Bettna School F-6, are the units that together make up the principal area. Our fundamental philosophy is to build strong collaborations and create trusting relationships between students, school, and home. We strive for every day to be characterized by learning and safety for both students and staff. Malmaskolan F-9 is located in Malmköping and consists of approximately 400 students, while Bettna School is a small rural school with about 65 students.

As a teacher with us, you will be an important part of a team at Malmaskolan, where we collectively strive to drive and develop the school. You will help shape a learning environment and meaningful leisure where every student is given the opportunity to reach their goals.

Job Responsibilities/Assignments

We are looking for certified teachers with good pedagogical and didactic skills. We seek someone who wants to work based on our guiding principles and who can adapt teaching according to the student's needs so that our students can develop as far as possible in the subject based on their conditions. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and developing teaching in modern languages together with other teachers in modern languages. You will teach students in grades 6-9. We actively work to promote community alongside individual development. Here you have the opportunity to help shape the future, where every day is a chance to make a difference.

You will be part of a team where you have close collaboration with each other and with other teams. You are an important piece of the puzzle in meeting the student's needs and providing the support necessary for the student's learning and personal development. Together with other school staff, you will actively participate in the school's development work. You will be part of a network with teachers from other schools in the municipality who meet for collaboration and increased equity in teaching and assessment.

Qualifications

Are you a certified teacher in modern languages (German or Spanish) with strong pedagogical and didactic skills? Do you want to be a key person in a cohesive and engaged team where close collaboration and flexibility are key to success? Then you have found the right place!

Scope/Duration

The position will be filled as soon as possible, provided that the necessary decisions are made.

Permanent and full-time depending on certification and combination. Each language is part-time (about 50% in each language). There is an opportunity for a combined position with another school. Flens Municipality applies full-time as the norm. Recruitment will begin before the application period ends.
